Renovation part.1

さて、今回はリノベーションの話です。

1980年築。だいぶ貫禄がついてきてしまったハイツハピネスです。

退去直後の様子というと、

これではいけない。早速リノベーション開始です。

I thoght that we had to renovate it as soon as possible.

The renovation was done to a floor, wooden frames, and shelves on walls.
It looks quite nice.

京急線大森町徒歩10分圏内（ﾊｲﾂﾊﾋﾟﾈｽは6分）で、同じ広さの物件
の相場が8万～10万円が多いのに対して、ﾊｲﾂﾊﾋﾟﾈｽはﾘﾉﾍﾞｰｼｮﾝも

したにも関わらず何と、75,000円／月（共益費込）とかなりﾘｰｽﾞﾅﾌﾞﾙ

な価格です!

The avarage of rent in this area is around 80,000yen to 100,000yen with no

renovation.

Howecver, this aparment is 75,000yen per month, even though it was done

renovated well.

I think that it is good deal to take this apartment (Heights-Happiness).
