本日は、以前からお付き合いのあるお客様の住み替え物件を探しに、ご案内に行って参りました。
お子様が成長し、それぞれお部屋を持ちたいということで、３LDKで80㎡以上の物件を対象にしています。予算が限定されていましたので、築年数は経っているが内装を良くリノベーションされている物件は新築より安く、また見た目も良いので狙い目でした。
そんな物件がお子様の学区内に出ましたので、これはチャンスと思い早速案内してきました。
Hello everyone. Today I went to take one of my clinets who are looking for a more spacious flat as their kids are grown up and they want to have their own rooms.
In their budget, it is quite difficult to buy a brand new condominium, so I showed them a flat which has been renovated well even though it is old actually. Those kind of condominiums are more reasonable than brand new ones, and also looks nice for its renovation works.
部外者の車は入ってこないので子供たちにとって安全な場所ですね。

Nobady except residents doesn't come in the site, it means very safety for kids!!
EVで6Fに上がり、早速内見です。

いかがですか？水周りまでしっかりリノベーションしており、とても15才のマンションとは思えないですね。価格も新築と比べると2～3割程度安いでしょう。
予算がどうしても上げられない事情がある場合は、このようなリノベーションマンションをテイクするのもありでしょう♪
It is nice, isn't it? Renovation works were done at the most parts such as bathroom, toilet, wash-basin, wall papers, wooden floors, and kitchen.
Price are 20-30% lower than a brand new one. Should your budget were limited, renovated condominiums could be your option.
