Then, go up to the top floor which is on the 5th floor. (Only one unit on the 5th floor.)

リビングルーム広いですね。おおよそ100㎡近くあります。
景色も抜けています。
It is very spacious in the living room which is around 100sqm, and has a wide-open view.
キッチン設備も充実しています。
Electric appliances such as a fridge, an oven, a microwave, and more is fully installed.
落ち着いたベッドルームからの眺めの素敵です。東京タワーも見えます。
The view from a bed room is also nice. We can see even The Tokyo Tower from a bed room.
募集賃料が1,550,000円／月と高額ですが、このエリアでこのサイズだと、この物件だけが異様に高いとは言えません。やはり高級住宅街ですね。
あとは、ご希望のご予算にどれだけ近づけるか、それはエージェントさんの腕次第かもしれませんね。
The rent offers 1,550,000yen/month. you might think that this apartment is too much expensive, however, it is appropriate price for apartments which size are more than 300squ. in this area.
It is one of reasons that Hiroo-area is regarded as High-quality residencital area.
