Saichi Ginza-higasi apartment （サイチ銀座東）

先週は、大和ハウス施工の新築物件を内覧しに銀座まで行ってきました。
1フロア1ユニット（１つの階に1部屋のみ）のスマートな物件です。
Hello all.
I went to view the Saichi Ginza-higashi apartment last week. It is the bland new one built by one of famouse construction companies in Japan called ''Daiwa house''.
It is the cool apartment that is only one unit on each floors. (1 floor, 1unit.)

 

こちらが外観。新築のニオイたっぷり♪　もちろんオートロック付きです。
It has auto-lock fanction at the main entrance.

 

広々１LDKタイプ。キッチンへも充分明るい光が差し込みます。
1LDK type unit that is good sized for couples or singles. Very sunny even in the kitchen♪

 

ベッドルームの奥にはウォークインクローゼット。広い収納はやっぱり良い！
Walk in closet is attached to the bed room.

 

潔癖症の私にとっては誰も使用していない水周りは貴重です。（笑）
Nobody use the bathroom and toilet yet. It is very precious for me as I am a neat freak. (lol)

物件もさることながら、もう1つの楽しみは立地です。
築地の活気と、銀座の洗練された雰囲気をお散歩ついでに、いつでもお楽しみいただけます。
One more attractive point of the apartment is the location. You can enjoy the lively atmospher in Tsukiji, and the fashionable atmosphere in Ginza on foot.

 

こちらは築地です。平日なので賑わっています。お寿司が食べたい！
It is ''Tsukiji'' where you can eat delicious ''Sushi''. It is very busy even on weekday.

 

そしてこちらは銀座です。デパート、ブランドショップ、カフェなどあらゆる商業施設が集まっています。
It is ''Ginza'' which is one of the famous fashionable cities in Japan. Department stores, brand stores, cool cafes are gathering the area.

元麻布Uハウス201号室 Moto-azabu U house #201

皆様こんにちは。
Hello all.

六本木ヒルズの裏、麻布十番まで徒歩約8分、広尾有栖川公園はすぐ側、そして緑の多い閑静な住宅街。どうですか、この立地。
ビジネスの中心街、インターナショナルスクールが集まる地域、通勤・通学に便利なこの場所に立地する元麻布Uハウスの201号室がご紹介可能になりました。
Moto-azabu is one of the most laxury residential area in Tokyo even though it is on just beside one of the busiest business town in Tokyo. You can expect lots of greenery, quietness around the aparment, but also great convenience for commuting. You can go to 3 train stations (Roppongi, Azabu-juban, Hiroo) on foot. Lots of international school gather in and around the area.
Moto-azabu U house (apartment for lease) is located just on Moto-azabu area. We can now introduce you to #201 of the apartment.

 

重厚感ある外観です。エントランス脇に各住戸1台分づつの駐車スペースが設けられています。
You can park 1 car just beside the main entrace of the apartment.

 

地下へ下ると、トランクルームがあり、こちらもご使用いただけます。
1 trunk room is available on the basement floor.

 

 

 

 

 

30畳以上のリビングルームは南に面しており温かい光が差し込みます。
キッチンはオーブン、冷蔵庫、また洗濯機、乾燥機など生活に必要な設備が標準装備です。
バスルームは日本式（洗い場付き）と、ウェスタンスタイルの2つあり、マスターベッドルームにはウォークインクローゼット、そしてこちらへも温かい日の光が差し込みます。
The spacious living room is facing south, warmer sunlight is coming into the room. Oven and fridge are equipped at the kitchen, and also washer and dryer are equipped. The spacious walk in closet is attached the master bedroom, you can also expect enough sunlight from south at the room.

久しぶりに空室が出ました。この機会にぜひご内見していただきたい物件の一つです。

A terraced (row) house in Machida 町田のお洒落なテラスハウス

I wish all of you the best.

昨日、町田の物件にお客様をお連れいたしました。
町田は小田急線沿いで栄えている駅の一つで、日本人の方のみならず場所柄多くの外国人の方もお住まいいただいている街です。
お連れした物件の一つがとても素敵なお宅でしたのでご紹介させていただきたいと思います。
Today, let me introduce you to a nice terraced house in Machida in Tokyo. Machida is the one of the busiest town alogn Odakyu train line. Not only Japanese but also many people coming from abroad live in the area.

まずは外観です。
Let's have a look outside first.

 

赤レンガ調の素敵なテラスハウスです。エントランス脇にそれぞれ車1台分の駐車スペースが付属しています。
Red bricks outside make the house nicer. 1 parking space is attached biside each entrances.

でわでわ中に。
Then come inside.

 

写真で見るより中は全然明るいです。やっぱ物件は現場で見るのが一番ですね。
出窓を利用していること、そして周りに高層建築物がないことで、室内をより広く感じることが出来ます。
It is sunny. Bay window and the fact of that there are no high-rise buildings around the house make it look more spacious than the actual size.

 

マスターベッドルームはクィーンサイズのベッドを置ける充分な広さです。
オールフローリング、日当たり良好、閑静な緑の多い住宅街、徒歩2～3分でスーパーに到着、駐車場1台分付き、うーんナイスな物件です。

It is spacious in the master bedroom where a queen-size bed can be put easily.
All wooden floor inside, sunny, quiet, lots of greenery, only 2-3min walk to a supermarket, 1 parking space is attached, and etc...  I think it is a really nice house!!
