Hello everyone. Do you know that a new seaching system to find a nice accommodation on the internet has been just opned by Tokyo real estate association from on Dec 1st.
The web-site is called ''Hato-san,''. Though it isn't a big real estate community yet, it will be one of the biggest ones in the near future.
For the people coming from abroad, the site may bother you as all information is written in Japanese, however, if you see some interesting pictures on the web-site, I can give you the details of accommodations such as rent, size, location, and more in English.
So, the site can be one of your useful tools to find a nice accommodation.
Most agencies speak only Japanese, but I can communicate with you in English.

Espoir Kojiya-minami apartment エスポワール糀谷南

一気に寒くなりました。風邪に気をつけてくださいね。

さて本日はエスポワール糀谷南のご紹介です。羽田空港国際線から僅か3駅、蒲田駅まで2駅、品川まで約20分、横浜まで約20分。とても便利な場所に立地しています。

Today, I am going to introduce you to Espoir Kojiya-minami apartment where 3 train stops from Haneda international airport train station, 2 train stops to Kamata station on Keikyu line, about 20 min to Shinagawa and Yokohama. It is a very convenient place, isn't it?
We have 3 available rooms now. #208 is for only a lady, #504 has a nice view from a balcony, and #304 is more than 50㎡ for a family. Renovation work has been done at all of 3 rooms. They are tidy and cozy rooms.

Outside looks like above. You can ask the stuff who can speak English at the management office on the ground floor if you have any questions about the apartment or nighborhood.

さぁ、早速ですが、本日は二子玉川の築浅賃貸戸建てのご紹介です。高級物件ならではの高品質質・立地です。

So, I am going to introduce you to a newer house for lease in a re-developed popular area in Tokyo. (Futakotamagawa)
東急大井町線又は田園都市線の二子玉川駅から高島屋に向かい、6分程あるくと物件に到達です。
We can get to the house in 6min walk from Futakotamagawa station on Tokyu-oimachi / denentoshi line. It is located behind Takashimaya department store.
駅前の賑やかさとは対照的に、落ち着いた感じの物件です。車1台分の駐車スペースがエントランス脇にあります。
Even though it is very busy atmosphere for shops and cafes around the station, the house has relaxing atmosphere. We can park one car beside the entrance.

本日は、以前からお付き合いのあるお客様の住み替え物件を探しに、ご案内に行って参りました。
お子様が成長し、それぞれお部屋を持ちたいということで、３LDKで80㎡以上の物件を対象にしています。予算が限定されていましたので、築年数は経っているが内装を良くリノベーションされている物件は新築より安く、また見た目も良いので狙い目でした。
そんな物件がお子様の学区内に出ましたので、これはチャンスと思い早速案内してきました。
Hello everyone. Today I went to take one of my clinets who are looking for a more spacious flat as their kids are grown up and they want to have their own rooms.
In their budget, it is quite difficult to buy a brand new condominium, so I showed them a flat which has been renovated well even though it is old actually. Those kind of condominiums are more reasonable than brand new ones, and also looks nice for its renovation works.

A renovated apartment in Kamata! （蒲田リノベーション済みマンション）

震災、大雨、経済状況など日本は今耐える時期ですね。試されている気がします。
Hello all, in Japan, we are still on the tough situation. We have to do our best to recover damages caused by earthquake, tsunami, and torrential rain from typhoon.
But God is watching us!
さて、本日は最近リノベーションが完了したエスポワール蒲田のご紹介です。
お風呂場、床、壁、インターホン、木枠など、大掛かりに行っております。
Today, let me show you a renovated apartment in Kamata, Tokyo. The apartment is called ''Espoir Kamata'' located the place 3 min. walk from Keikyu-kamata sta, 7min. walk from JR and Tokyu-kamata sta. (convenience place!)
#602 is the renovated room. We replaced a bathroom, floors, wall papers, intercom, and paited wooden frames.
