さて、春の季節に合う、素敵なお部屋をご紹介したいと思います。
羽田空港近郊にある、50㎡の1LDKタイプのリノベーション住戸です。
Today, I'd like to show you 1LDK (50sq.m.) room renovated well in Ota-ku, Tokyo.

 

1階が床屋さんのビル。
忙しくても、さっと髪を切っていただける特典がありますね。

と、まぁこんな素敵なマンションなのですが、ややお値段が高め？
1LDKの相場は11万円前後ですが、こちらは12.5万円。（でも内装には魅力を感じていただけるかと思います！！）
また、お子様連れのお客様ですと、もう1部屋（2DK、もしくは2LDK）欲しいという需要が多いため、何だか中途半端な感じに…。
