Every one, how are you doing today?
本日は皆様にとってあまりご興味がないかもしれませんが、工場のお話を１つさせていただきたいと思います。
So, though this story may not interests you, let me talk about a factory which was sold yesterday!
お世話になっているオーナー様の所有物件で、ブドウ畑、さくらんぼ畑、桃畑などで有名な山梨県の、のどかな場所にある物件でした。
内見は月に1回くらいのペースで入っていて、内見のついでに、名物のほうとうを食したり、果物をお土産で買ったりとそれなりに楽しませてもらっていました。
そんな物件がついに、昨日ご契約の運びとなりました。
This factory is located in a part of Yamanashi prefecture where it is famous for vineyards, fields of cherries and peaches. I went there around once a month to show some of our clinets it. Everytime I finished showing them it, I enjoyied eating ''Houtou'' which is also famous food there, thick nuddles in miso soup with various kind of boiled vegetables, and buying fruits as souvenir for my family.
どんな工場だったかというと、写真をご覧になった方が早いですね。
What does the factory look like?
約1800坪（6000㎡弱）のひろーい敷地に、工場、倉庫が数棟建っています。
Several factories and warehouses is there in the huge site which is around 6000㎡...
これは敷地内にある工場の１つです。これだけでも十分広いですね。

契約は嬉しいです。でもまたここに頻繁に来れなくなると思うと少し寂しい気がするのは気のせいでしょうか。
I am really happy that it was sold, however... I may feel bit sad when I think that I have less opportunity to come there forward.
さぁ。今日も『ほうとう』を食べて、果物を買って東京に帰りましょう。
ぶどうの季節はまだ先だし、今日はさくらんぼですね。
So, lets go back to Tokyo. It would take more than 2 hours form here to Tokyo.
I was thinking at one point ''Eat Houtou, and buy some cherries!'' same way as I had been doing.
