さて、今週の日曜日に今年1発目のハウスハントに行きたいと思います。
今回その内の1件が、私どもの大切なお客様が入居されている物件なので、今日はそちらの物件の紹介をさせていただこうと思います。
So, I am going to take one of my client to some apartments for their house-hunt on this coming Sunday. As an apartment I will show them on Sunday is the one which another my client already lives in, I like to introduce you what the apartment looks like.
場所は代々木上原エリア、賃料の割にはある程度の広さが取れ、また冷蔵庫と洗濯乾燥機が完備されています。外国人のお客様には重宝の物件ですね。
It's located in popular area in Tokyo which is Yoyogi-uehara area. As you know rent in Tokyo is very expensive, but the apartment is reasonable in comparison to other apartments in Tokyo. In addition, it already equips fridge and washer & dryer. It is very nice for people coming form abroad.

こちらは珍しいメゾネットタイプのお部屋ですね。
One of rooms in the apartment is separated 1st floor as a living and 2nd floor as a bed room. I prefer this kind of style.
キッチンは洗濯機・乾燥機、大型冷蔵庫が装備され、お風呂場も広い！
A kitchen equipped electric appliances, and a spacious bath room !
明日のお客様は外国のご主人、日本人の奥様で、家電付きの広いところをお探しの方なので、ぜひ気に入っていただけると嬉しいです。
The clinet I will meet on Sunday comes from abroad, and told me that he looks for an apartment equipped appliances in reasonable rent. So I hope he likes it !!
それに、現在入居中の私どものお客様が、お部屋にいらっしゃったら、久しぶりにお邪魔してみたいと思います。
One good thing for me, I may be able to meet another my client who lives in the same apartment if he were at the home. I am looking forward to it.
