Welcome flowers are at the entrance. We've installed movable panel curtains instead of doors. You can separate a room into 1LDK type or 2DK type as you like.
お花で出迎えです。間仕切は横にスライド式のパネルｶｰﾃﾝを着けました。
オープンにすれば1LDKとしてお使いいただけます。（クローズ時は2DK）
Kitchen, dressing room, and toilet are cool style by concrete walls.
キッチンや、水周りはコンクリート風の壁でクールです。
（※洗濯機置き場はもちろん室内にあります♪）
Look at how panel curtatins are moved. A light fixture in a bedroom looks so cool!!
パネルｶｰﾃﾝ越しに見える、デザイン照明がお洒落ですね。
A light fixture are also seen from Japanese tatami-mats room.
和室と、洋室の間もパネルｶｰﾃﾝで間仕切できます。
I do like a modern tatami-mats room. Tamami mats are made of rushes, it smells very comfortable and relax us.
Balconies facing south are attached to both side of a tatami-mats room & a bedroom.
モダンな和室、そして南向きのバルコニー。
In a spring, cherry blossoms outside the apartment are very beautiful.
For the commute, the apartment is located in a very convenient place where you can get to Keikyu-kamata station in 2min walk, and JR-kamata, Tokyu-kamata station in 8min walk from here.
It plans to be re-developed around Keikyu-kamata station. New shopping center, and other atractive facilities will be opned in a few years. They must make this town more excited!!
春は桜が満開。
京急蒲田徒歩2分、JR,東急蒲田徒歩8分。通勤・通学に非常に便利な場所です。
京急蒲田周辺は、再開発が進められており、新しい駅ビルなど、今注目の場所ですね。
