さて、本日は私どもの事務所のすぐ側の倉庫のご紹介です。
約100㎡、天井高は4.5ｍ～５m、準工業地域に立地する物件です。
基本は倉庫としてのご利用ですが、あまり音の出ない業種に限り、工場としての利用も相談いたします。
So, today I am going to show you a warehouse in Ota-ku, Tokyo. You may not interested in industrial properties, but it’s good to know.
Ota-ku is famous for its industrial area. A lots of small or big industrial company has their own warehouses or factories in this area. Our office is located a part of Ota-ku which is on light-industrial zone where it keeps a good balance between a residential area and industrial area. It means that it is not so noisy even if lots of industrial companies are here. In addition, rent is less expensive here than other area in Tokyo such as Minato-ku, Shinagawa-ku, Meguro-ku, Shibuya-ku.

整形なので使い勝手が良さそうですね。
まるまる倉庫、半分倉庫＋駐車場、全て駐車場。お客様の用途に応じて色々な使い道がありそうです。
The shape of the warehouse is rectangle which will apply various kinds of works. You can apply if for a warehouse, or parking space, or both.
