Renovation part.2 エスポワール蒲田

相変わらず被災者の皆様は困難な状況にありますが、昨日サッカー界ではチャリティーマッチが行われました。少しでも被災者の皆様が元気付けられることを願います。
Though disaster victims are still in tough situation, JAF(Japan football association) tried to encourage them through a match yesterday. I hope that it would be of some help to them.

さて、今日はリノベーションPART２です。物件はエスポワール蒲田。

Today, I am going to show you a renovated apartment which is Espoir Kamata.

外壁とエレベーターは2009年に改修済みです。

それでは室内へ。

Outside wall and an elevator of the building has been already renovated on 2009.

Then, check a renovated room.

まずはリノベーション前の状態。

では、リノベーション後は!?

So, What does it look like after a renovation?

 

こちらは白を基調としたLAYフローリングへ変更し、畳部屋も新しくしました。

日当たりの良い5階の部屋＋白の床の相乗効果で、とても明るい部屋に仕上がりました。

A floor has been converted to a new one. It became a pretty bright room as it is on 5th floor and for its white-themed new floor.

京急蒲田駅へ徒歩3分、JR及び東急蒲田駅までも徒歩7~8分。

都心へも、横浜へも行きやすく、またコンビニ、レストラン充実しております非常に便利です。。

ぜひ一度内見にいらしてください。

It takes 3 min. walk to the apartment from Keikyu Kamata sta. and 7-8min. walk from JR or Tokyu Kamata sta. If you go to the central of Tokyo or Yokohama, it is very convenient place to go there. In addition, there are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores around the apartment.

PARK TERRACE YOYOGIUEHARA

世界各国から、被災者の皆様に対する支援の輪が拡がっています。
大変な状況に変わりはありませんが、人の温かさを感じられます。
Lots of people from around the world are trying to help disaster victims.
I really appriciate thier kindness, and I also feel human warmth even in a tough situation.

さて、今回は、「パークテラス代々木上原」のご紹介です。
Well, I am going to introduce you to ''Park Terrace Yoyogi-uehara'' today.
代々木上原と言えば、緑が多く、数多くの公園があり、都心へのアクセスが良い
人気の住宅街ですね。
Yoyogi-uehara area is known as one of popular residencial areas for lots of green, parks, and good access to the central of Tokyo.
代々木上原駅から徒歩6分、代々木公園、駒場公園へも徒歩圏内の閑静な住宅街に立地します。The apartment is located a area 6min away from Yoyogi-uehara sta. (on Chiyoda or Odakyu line), and it is walkable distance to Yoyogi park which is one of biggest parks in Tokyo and Komaba park as well.

 

ひっそり、しかしながら存在感があります。
The apartment is in quiet residencial area, however it has a presence.

 

白を基調とした明るい部屋です。天窓がさらに明るさを増します。
It is a white-themed flat, and  a skylight makes inside more bright.

 

退去したばかりで状態は･･･ですが、ご入居前にはばっちりリノベーション予定です。
リビングの数多くの窓からは明かりが差し込み、緑も見え、リラックスできる雰囲気です。
As a previous tenant has just moved out, therefore the conditon is......., however it will be renovated well before a next tenant moves in. Don't worry!
It is a well-lit living room for lots of windows. You can see green from windows, it makes us relaxed.

 

ベッドルームは落ち着いた雰囲気です。
It is calm atmosphere in bed rooms.

 

リビングがフローリングのお部屋もございます。
There is another unit used wooden floor in a living room.

PACIFIC ROYAL COURT MINATOMIRAI

皆さん、引き続き節電をこころがけましょう。
一人ひとりの意識改革で、被災者の皆様は救われると思います。
I would like you to keep savaing electricity for disaster victims by the earthquake and Tsunami.
I believe that disaster vicims will be saved if we change our attitude.

さて、本日は「パシフィックロイヤルコートみなとみらい」のご紹介です。
Well, I am going to introduce you to ''Pacific Royal Court Minatomirai'' which is one of my favorite apartments in Yokohama area.

まずは横浜駅北口を降りてベイクォーター方面へ向かいます。
First, head for ''Bay quarter'' which includes shopping mall & restaurants from north exit of Yokohama Sta.

 
川の向こう側に見えるマンションが目的の物件ですね。
左手に見える商業施設がベイクォーターです。
毎回横浜に行くときは施設内にあるの某店で無料の試飲コーヒーを楽しんじゃってます♪
You can see the apartment  across a river.
On the way to the apartment, I always enjoy free coffee tasting at a shop in Bay quarter♪

 

ベイクォーターで遊びすぎてしまいました。急ぎ足でマンションへ。見えてきました。
早速エントランスへ入ると、高級感、漂ってます。
As the time just flies by if I drop by Bay quter, I head for the apartment directly today. The apartment is now in front of us.
You will be able to feel a high quarity atmosphere once you go into the entrance of the apartment.

 

 エントランスから2階へ上がると広いラウンジとフィットネスルームがありました。入居者さん専用のようです。そして洒落た廊下を過ぎてお部屋の中へ入ります。
On the second floor at the apartment, there are a rounge and fitness room for tenants. A fitness room is an attractive common facility for those who love to exercise.
Then, come in a room.

 

リビングは明るく開放感があります。ベッドルームもシンプルで良いですね。
It is bright and spacious in a living room, and you can also see the great scenery of Yokohama city from your room.

 

バルコニーからは横浜の街の景色だけでなく、横浜マリノスの練習場も見えます。
Not only the Yokohama city but a soccer ground of a professional soccer team which is Yokohama Marinos can be viewd from a balcony.

そして夜の景色はさらに素敵です。
I prefer the scenery in night-time rather than in day-time.

ROYAL PARKS TOYOSU

原発の状況は比較的落ち着いてきたように思えます。
被災者の皆様にはいち早く元気になっていただけるよう祈っております。
It seems that the degree of the hazard of nuclear power staions gets lower day by day.
I hope the disaster victims to feel cheerful as soon as possible.

さて、今回はロイヤルパークス豊洲のご紹介です。
Well, I am going to introduce you to ''Royal Parks Toyosu'' today.

大型ショッピングセンターをはじめ多くの商業施設が集合した再開発地域であって、また海のそよ風を満喫できるエリアである豊洲に建設されました。都心への交通に優れ、日用品の購入、ショッピング、飲食、映画鑑賞はこの街の中で全て行うことが出来ます。
The apartment was built in a redeveloped area. In this waterfront city, you can enjoy walking along the ocean in a gentle breeze. There are lots of useful facilities such as supermarkets, shopping malls, restaurants, and a movie theater in this city. It is also located at a convenient place to go to the central of Tokyo.

 

敷地に一歩入ると、まるで港に来たような錯覚におちいります。
Once you enter the site of the apartment, you may be wondering if you are at a port.

 

室内は明るく、そして広くリラックスできます。
ある部屋の廊下には、何百冊もの本を収納できそうな本棚が造作されていました。
It is pretty bright and spacious in a room. I can also see a big book shelf attached on a wall when I walk on a hallway in a flat.

 

部屋のルーフバルコニーからの景色も素敵です。
I love the view from a roof balcony in a flat.

 

左側は共用キッチン、右側はバーベキューテラス。ゲストがいらっしゃった際に大勢でお楽しみいただけます。（事前予約が必要です。）
The left hand side is a common use kitchen, the right hand side is a BBQ terrace. When you invite quests, all of you enjoy a dinner or lunch. (A reservation is needed in advance that you use them.)

 

マンションの周りにある大型商業施設の一つです。
There are lots of useful facilities around the apartment.

一度豊洲に遊びにいかれてみてはいかがでしょうか？

エスポワールシリーズ Apartments named Espoir.

皆様、引き続き東北地方の復旧を祈りましょう。
I hope everyone to keep to pray for disaster victims that aflicted area becomes normal asap.

さて、今回はエスポワールシリーズの紹介をさせていただきます。
おかげ様でエスポワール川崎は満室になり、その他エスポワールシリーズの空室も
少なくなってきました。
Today, I would like to introduce you to the series of Espoir apartments which is a kind of Japanese style apartments.
First of first, let me express my thankfulness to the full occupation of all rooms at Espoir Kawasaki.
And we can itroduce you to a few rooms available at Espoir Kojiya-minami, and aspoir Sendaizaka.

それでは、まずはエスポワール糀谷南の紹介から。
Then, this is  Espoir Kojiya-minami.

　　







羽田空港からわずか3駅の京急大鳥居駅から、徒歩7分の場所に立地します。また、マンションから徒歩1分にスーパーマーケットがありとても便利です。
It is located very convenient place where 7min walk to Otorii Sta. on Keikyu-line from the apartment. It is only 3 stops from Otori Sta. to Haneda airport.
Also there is a supermarket in just 1 min. walk from the apartment.

 

室内はとても明るく、5回の部屋からの眺めは抜けています。
It is very bright in a room. The view from a room on 5th floor is nice.

やはり築浅物件はキレイで良いですね。
It is 5years old,  looks very clean at common use area and excusive area (in a room) as well.


次はエスポワール仙台坂です。
And then, this is Espoir Sendaizaka.

 

室内はコンパクトですが、このマンションの最大のメリットが最寄り駅の京急線青物横丁駅より、何と、徒歩1分のところに立地しています。そして家賃もリーズナブル。
東京、横浜、羽田空港どこへ行くにもとても便利な場所に立地しています。仕事に遊びにアクティブに動きたい方へはお勧めの物件ですね。

You may feel that it is small inside a room, however I would like to emphasize that it is only 1 min. walk to the closest train sta. on Keikyu-line which is Aomonoyokocho Sta. from the apartment.
Wherever you go, I mean the central of Tokyo or Yokohama or Haneda air port, it is  on a very convenient place. I would like to recommend the apartment for the active people in business or a private life.

最後に、3月末日にエスポワール蒲田に空室が出ます。
3路線（JR,京急、東急）利用できる便利すぎる場所に立地していまうす。
こちらは格好良くリノベーションしてマーケットに出す予定ですので、乞うご期待ください。
Finally, I would like to inform you about Espoir Kamata.
You can use 3 train lines which are Kamata sta. on JR, Keikyu, and Tokyu from the apartment.
A room will be avairable around the end of March.
We intend to do the cool renovation in a room, and release it to the market soon after the renovation is done.

SUMIDA RIVER SIDE TOWER

皆様、地震と津波の被災者の皆様は復興に向けて一生懸命努力されております。
そのような中、私は今できることを一生懸命やりたいと考えています。
Let me say first that I'd like to support the disaster victims by the biggest earthquake or Tsunami to get the afflicted area back to normal as soon as possible.

さて、今回は隅田川に隣接します「墨田リバーサイドタワー」のご紹介です。
So, I am going to show you ''Sumida River Side Tower''.

 このマンションの高層階からの眺めはとても素敵です。

This apartment stands along sumida river.
I love to view outside form higher level of the apartment.

東京駅へは徒歩も含めて30分もかかりません。
It takes less than 30min. from the apartment (walk + train) if you go to Tokyo sta.

マンション内には、フィットネスルームとその奥にプールそしてサウナまで完備されています。

In the building, you can use fitness-room, pool, and even sauna with no charge.

リビングそしてベッドルームも落ち着いた感じで良いですね。

It is relaxed atmosphere in a living room and a bed room. Quite nice.

そして私が好きな眺望がこれっ!!

And!! It is my most favorite point  at this apartment.  (Nice View......)

お客様をご案内しながらも、毎回自分自身この景色に癒されています。

I always enjoy the view from the aparment whenever I take my clients here.
