Hello everyone. Would you like to live in the apartment that is close to the central of Tokyo, cool refurbished interior, reasonable rent, and in the quiet exclusive residential area.
If so, I recommend you Phoenix sanno apartment.

 

こちらはJR京浜東北線大森駅です。物件へは徒歩約7分くらいです。
京急線大森海岸駅もすぐ側なので、2路線利用可能です。周りには大型スーパーやレストランなど多くの商業施設で賑わっています。
東京・横浜どちらへ行くにも20～30分程度なのでとても便利な場所です。
The left hand side picture is Omori station on JR Keihin-tohoku line, it takes about 7 min walk to the apartment from there. You can also go to Omori-kaigan station on Keikyu line on foot. It is the very convenient location to go both to the central of Tokyo and Yokohama. (in 20-30min.)
There are big-supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and more around station. It is the busy town here.

物件に近づくにつれ景色は一変。静かな住宅街です。
外観は赤レンガ調の可愛らしい佇まいです。
周りの緑も気持ちを落ち着かせてくれます。
The closer to the apartment, the quieter atmosphere there.
It is the cute outside for its red-blicks walls.
The green woods surround is also nice.

 

お部屋の目の前行くと…　あれっ？鍵穴がない…。
代わりにあるスクリーンに触ってみると。　おっ。　暗号入力コードが現れました。
色々な物件を見てきていますが、こちらの鍵は最先端を走っていますね！
ピッピッッポっと暗証を入力して開錠。なるほど！鍵を持ち歩く必要がないということですね。ナイスです。
In front of the entrance door, you can see the electric panel in stead of key cylinder. How to opne the door? It is easy, you just touch the panel, then put pass-code that you can decide in advance. It lets you not to bring keys any more.

 

 

 

 

それぞれお部屋に特徴があります。小さめのお部屋はバスルーム、トイレなどフルリノベーション。しかもトイレは賃貸物件ではまずないであろう自動洗浄機能付きアラウーノ♪ロフトも着いています。大き目のお部屋は2F-3Fのメゾネットタイプ。カップルで悠々使えるサイズです。
さぞや賃料が高いだろうと思いきや、いやいや、東京の他の物件と比較するとそうでもないことに驚きです。
Each units has each characters. The smaller unit has been done by the full renovation including the bathroom & flush toilet. The bigger one is the maisonette style which is separated to 2 floors (2F-3F). It is good size for couples. Are they so expensive rent? I do not think so. They are reasonable in comparison to other apartments in Tokyo.

Well, one more thing I would like to say. Espoir Kamata #301 is planed to renovate fully in 2012. You can change the room layout flexibly by using movable sliding doors from studio - 1LDK - 2DK. It is all wooden floor, replaced bathroom, toilet, intercom, air-conditioner, kitchen, and more. It must be a very attractive unit. I wish all of you check it as well after we start to advertise it.
