さて、本日は池田山パークウェストのご紹介です。
緑に囲まれた、閑静な高級住宅街の一角にある大型戸建てです。
Today, we are going to show you a big house named Ikedayama park west.
You can use 3 train stations (Gotanda, Meguro, Shirokanedai), it means that you can access any parts of Tokyo or Yokohama easily.
The house is surrounded by lots of green, and there is one of the biggest parks in Tokyo beside it.

居住者以外立ち入らない場所に家が建っていますので、子供たちが多少道路で遊んでいようとも、危険にさらされるリスクは少ないです。

The house is located an exclusive area where nobody doen't come in but residents. So, it is safety for the children even though they play on the street in front of the house.

おぉ～、リビング広いですねー。暖炉（ガス）もあります。
Quite roomy, and there is a fireplace in the living room.

 

少し暗くて分かりづらいかもしれませんが、家の周りのテラスは合計で約40㎡あります。
テラスの外側は池田山公園の敷地の一部で、いつでも豊富な緑を眺めることができます。
There are total 40㎡ terraces along the house. You can always enjoy to see green scenery of Ikedayama park from there in the daytime.

キッチンも水周りも清潔感がありますね。
Kitchen is functionable, and it is clean in a bathroom.

 

 

ベッドルームは５つ、＋メイドルームとファミリールーム、総面積は約300㎡、都心近くの物件でこれだけ大型で、ハイクォリティな物件は珍しいです。
