Jiyugaoka compound

Hello all.
Today, I'd like to show you a house located 7 min. away from Jiyugaoka train station (Tokyu-toyoko & Tokyu oimachi lines) on foot.
As you may know, Jiyugaoka is one of the most popular town in Tokyo as there are many attractive shops, cafes, and restaurants around the station.
Not only Japanese but also people from abroad live in the area and enjoy their life there.
For families whose children plan to go to German school in Yokohama, the house is located quite convenient place since there is a school bus stop close to the house, and they can also use trains from Jiyugaoka station to come to German school.

Let's have a look outside appearance of the house then.

 

 

We can park a car in front of the house. (Roofed parking space)

Then let's go inside!

It is the entrance hall. We can come to every rooms of the house from here.

Living room is at the front, Kitchen is on the right hand side, toilet room is on the left hand side, and we can go up to the second floor through the stairs on the left hand side.

 

 

 

Electric appliances are equipped fully in the kitchen.
It is also sunny, spacious, and practical.

 

 

 

The size of living room & dining room will satisfy us since it is not only spacious but also with a high-ceiling.
Lots of sunshine comes into the room from big windows as well.

 

 

It has also exclusive garden.
It is enough size to put a table & chairs here.
We can enjoy having lunch or nap when a clear warm day♪

 

Let's go up to the second floor then.

 

 

 

Master bedroom equips a walk-in closet and a full bathroom with a extra shower space.

 

 

There are other 3 bedrooms, a family room, another full bathroom, and a toilet room on the secound floor as well.
It is a good room allocation for big families since it is spacious and has many rooms.

On the way to my office from pre-viewing of the house, I dropped by my favorite shop where we can buy wallets and business bags made of high-quality European leather.
As just described, there are so many attractive shops in Jiyugaoka area, so if you hava a chance to live in the area, please let me know a good shop you may find in the future!

On a final note, we will be required to wait for a month or 1.5 months until the completion of the renovation work that will be done by the owner from now on since a previous tenant has just moved out.
That is only one negative aspect for the people who look for houses in bounded time.

The current quality of the house isn't so good. Hoever, I believe that it will become much nicer & more beautiful after the renovation work!!

Each room has each private roof balconies where we can

1LDKの相場は11万円前後ですが、こちらは12.5万円。（でも内装には魅力を感じていただけるかと思います！！）
また、お子様連れのお客様ですと、もう1部屋（2DK、もしくは2LDK）欲しいという需要が多いため、何だか中途半端な感じに…。
