Last Sunday, I attended a moving-in inspection for one of my clients.
先週末、お客様の新居の入居に立ち会いました。
The apartment is located in Hiroo area. Hiroo is well organaized with lots of green, a park, cafes, and restaurants. The atmosphere here is kind of homey even in the central of Tokyo. It is very convenient place to commute every parts of Tokyo.
I wish he is very happy to live here.
広尾にあるマンションですが、あらためて、広尾はお洒落なカフェ、レストラン、そして多くの緑に囲まれた、住み心地の良い場所だなーと感じます。
それであって、東京のどこに行くにも、便利な場所です。
The condition of the apartment was quite nice for its renovation work.

お部屋はというと、
Wall papers & carpets are all replaced to new ones.
Nice green view form the balcony.
Quite relaxed atmosphere here.
フルリノベーションされ、バルコニーからは緑が見え、とてもリラックスできる住戸です。
Spacious bedrooms.
Cool white interiors.
Must have a good rest.
ベッドルームは広く、白くキレイに仕上がっています。
Kitchen is practical, dressing room & bath room is a brand new one.
キッチン、お風呂場も全て、新規。気持ちが良すぎます。
It is a really nice apartment for the people who look for a quiet residence in the central of Tokyo!!
都心でありながら、この落ち着いた環境。
良いマンションですねー。
