エスポワール糀谷マンションは、おかげ様でほぼ満室になってきました。
5階（最上階）の1Rの1室だけが、最後の募集住戸ですが、ちょっとした遊びを加えてみました。

We would like to appriciate everyone for that Espoir kojiya-minami apartment is almost full occupied.
We've just incorporated a small idea into #501 which is the last available unit at this apartment.

【Before】
まずは壁。 多くのマンションで使用されている白のクロスですね。
First, a wall. Typical white wall paper was used.
【After】
おぉ。。。 壁の一面を替えるだけで、ずいぶんと雰囲気が変わりますね。
好きな人も、嫌いな人もいると思いますが、レンガがお好きな方がいらっしゃれば即決です♪
Oh... Atmosphere is so different by changing unusual wall paper. I would prefer it than typical one.
【Before】
こちらのお風呂場は･･･
Then see the bathroom.
【After】
シャワーヘッドをプラスティック製から、メタル製に変えてみました。これだけで少し高級感が出ましたよ♪Can feel kind of laxury atmosphere by changing the plastic shower-head to the metal one♪
ちょっとした工夫で、大きな変化。
入居者さんが喜んでくれる物件になってくれると嬉しいですね。
Could get the big advantage with the small ingenuity.
