A live music party in Gotanda.

皆様、今日は珍しく涼しいですね。
また明日から暑くなるようですので、つかの間の涼しさを楽しみましょう。
Hello all. For a change, it is cool day today, isn't it? Hot & humid day is coming again soon, so we should enjoy this short-term cool weather.

さて、またまた物件紹介とはかけ離れたトピックになりますが、昨日行われた暑気払いパーティーの様子をお伝えしようと思います。
不動産業関係者のみならず、スポーツ関係、行政関係、そのご家族、ご友人の方々総勢48名お集まりいただき、おかげさまで大盛況のイベントになりました。
Today, I am going to talking about a live music party held yesterday. (Sorry it's not about apartments or houses.)
People in real estate business, people related real estate business, people in public administration office, friends in sports, or their families, total 48 members were coming!!
All of them spended their time with lots of fun.

どんなイベントだったかというと…。　こんな感じです。
What did the event look like...? That is like this below!!

オールディーズミュージックの生演奏を前にみんなノリノリです。
（オールディーズ　=　1950～1960年代にアメリカやイギリスなどで流行した音楽　:　代表作　映画ゴーストニューヨークの幻のテーマソング『アンチェインド・メロディ』など）
Every people was so exiceted to listen to oldies live musics combined powerful voice & sounds.
(Oldies musics = popular songs among 1950 - 1960 in USA and UK. One of famous songs is ''unchained melody'' which was a theme song on movie film Ghost.)

 

ミュージシャンの方の場の盛り上げ方は流石です。
They knew well how to liven up the stage. They were so professional.

途中、景品争奪ジャンケン大会などで会場を盛り上げましたが、最後はやはりプロの最高の演奏でイベントを締めていただきました。
ご来場の皆様本当お疲れ様でした。またありがとうございまいした。
またこのような機会があるときはぜひまた一緒に楽しみましょう。
On the line of the event, we warmed the event up by conducting ''rock-paper-scissors battle'' to have members get a present from us.
Finnally, the professinal musician group played again to conclude the event.
The event ended on a high note.
I can say that everyone could have a really nice time.

KYOTO!!

皆様、ご機嫌いかがでしょうか。

今日は趣旨を変えてブログを更新します。

今週はじめ、京都に行ってまいりました。新しい建物は少ないのですが、昔ながらの味のある木造建築物が並び、街並みが統一されていて素敵な空間でした。

日本人、外国人を問わず多くの人が京都という街に魅かれることも頷けます。

また、高層建築物が少ない（駅前を除く）ことも特徴的でした。

Hello, everyone. How's going with you?

This time, let me introduce you to Kyoto which is one the famouse cities in Japan as I went there beginning of this week.

I usually prefer newer buildings than older ones, however, many of buildings in Kyoto was quite nice even if they were old.

All buildings are unified by its color, size, construction way, etc...

Some of streets was covered with lots of square stones (40cm by 40cm).

And then, all of them made Kyoto's atmosphere quite attractive.

I understood that many people not only Japanese but also ones come from abroad interestred in this city.

それでは街を散策してみましょう。

So, let's have a look around the city.

 お家は見ての通り、木造の年季が入った家です。

しかしながら屋根の高さ、塗料の色などが統一されていて見るものを惹きつけます。

Houses are wooden construction. Though they look old, all houses are still look attractive by unified height of roofs and colors of pillars or walls.

 

こちらは京都の老舗旅館の一つ、『八千代』さんです。

中庭は夕暮れ時になるとライトアップされたお庭はとてもきれいです。

お食事どころから、この中庭が見えるので、目でも舌でも楽しむことができます。

This Ryokan is called ''Yachiyo'' which is one of tracitional Japanese style inns.

In the evening, the illuminated garden is so nice. It can be seen from dining room, so we can enjoy not only great Japanese cuisins but also great view.

 

京都には、歴史的な建造物や、お寺が数多くあります。

There is lots of historical facilities such as temples in Kyoto.

街を散策していると、時代劇の中に迷い込んだような場所もあり、わくわくします。

While walking around in the city, you can sometimes feel involved into a scene of samurai costume dramas. It is so fun.

観光や寺院めぐり、旅館、懐石料理など、京都には楽しめる要素がたくさんありますが、何といってもお試しいただきたいのが、ｺﾚｯ!!

There are a lot of things or places to enjoy Kyoto such as visiting historical temples, feeling  hospitality by Japanese style inns, seeing old and nice houses or buildings, tasting Japanese cuisin, and more,  after all, I would like you to try it....↓　!!

さぁ、京都の良さを、今後の仕事のどこかで活かせばと思う今日この頃でした。
I am now thinking ''If I had a chance, I would like to utilize good points of Kyoto city to some parts of our bisiness.'' !!
